Whether someone sent you here or you’ve followed me over from Instagram, I’m really glad you’re here. I’m Donna Bartoli. I’m 46. I’m a facialist and a health coach. I live a whole food, sugar-free lifestyle. I train to stay strong, and I care deeply about wellness, but only the version that actually works in real life.
This space is where I share what I’m doing each week to feel well, stay grounded, and not fall into the chaos of trends and quick fixes. It’s where I post what’s working for me: how I eat, how I train, what I take, what I skip, and how I support my skin, energy and hormones as I move through my 40s. No filters, no fad and no pressure to get it all right. It’s real and hopefully relatable.

Why I started this
Because I’ve spent years doing the work. Mostly on myself and through trial and error.
And honestly? I just wanted a place to share everything without the pressure of Instagram or the noise of trends. I want to connect with you all deeper.
I know what it’s like to feel tired, puffy, inflamed, confused about what to eat, unsure if your skincare’s even doing anything… This is the place where we unpick all of that, slowly and properly. And if you’re anything like me, you want it straight. You want to feel well, strong, and calm, and you’re willing to put the effort in, as long as it actually makes sense.
